The guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse of furniture
- Normal wear and tear
- Sitting or standing on sofa arms
- Damage caused during moving or
- relocation
- Stains or spills
- Colour fading from sunlight exposure
Can I return the sofa if I change my mind?
Because our sofas are inspected and accepted on delivery, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Comfort preference
- Colour preference
- Size preference
Returns are only accepted for confirmed manufacturing faults.
What if a part is missing?
- Occasionally small items such as feet or cushions may be packaged separately.
- If anything appears missing, please contact us and we will arrange to send the item as quickly as possible.
