The guarantee does not cover:

  5. Damage caused during moving or

  7. Stains or spills
  8. Colour fading from sunlight exposure
Can I return the sofa if I change my mind?

Because our sofas are inspected and accepted on delivery, we do not accept returns for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Comfort preference
  3. Colour preference
  4. Size preference
    Returns are only accepted for confirmed manufacturing faults.
What if a part is missing?
  1. Occasionally small items such as feet or cushions may be packaged separately.
  2. If anything appears missing, please contact us and we will arrange to send the item as quickly as possible.
